Raw Silk Jacket Inspiration

Brain coral is a common name given to corals in the family Mussidae, due to their generally spheroid shape and grooved surface which resembles a brain. They can be found in shallow warm-water coral reefs in all the world's oceans. The lifespan of the largest brain corals is 900 years. Colonies can grow as large as 1.8 m (6 ft) or more in height.

We love a good brain, and we love the ocean - so it makes complete sense that we would find inspiration in the natural combination of both. The 'Brain Coral' Raw Silk Jacket is a bewitching mix of light tan and black silk in a maze-grid weave. This a particularly mesmerising textile suitable for the cerebral type who is not afraid of a little adventure below the surface. Make of that what you will.
